Terms of Service

Last updated July 27, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of crimsonstrande.app, operated by Crimson Strande ("we"). By creating an account or submitting a service request you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Nigerian law.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at security@crimsonstrande.com.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

Service requests, quotes, and payment

  • Submitting a request creates a booking, not a fixed-price contract. Pricing is confirmed in the quote we issue.
  • Accepting a quote and completing bank transfer initiates the scheduled work.
  • All prices are in Naira (NGN) unless the invoice states otherwise, exclusive of VAT unless indicated.
  • Late payment may attract interest per Nigerian commercial practice; disputes must be raised within 14 days of invoice date.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing use.
  • No attempts to breach security, probe rate limits, or access other customers' data.
  • No automated scraping of pages or the API beyond published limits.

Content and attachments

You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to deliver the requested service and produce quotes/invoices. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.

Warranties and liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected engagement in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may close your account at any time via the Privacy tab. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. Outstanding invoices remain payable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced on this page.
